Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director

Ms Christina Tan is Chief Executive Officer, Fund Management and Chief Investment Officer of Keppel Corporation. She is also Chairman of Keppel DC REIT Management Pte Ltd (the Manager of Keppel DC REIT) and Deputy Chairman of Alpha Investment Partners Limited (Alpha).

Ms Tan has more than 20 years of experience and expertise in investing and fund management across the United States, Europe and Asia. She previously served as the Chief Financial Officer of GRA (Singapore) Private Limited, the Asian real estate fund management arm of the Prudential Insurance Company of America. Prior to that, she was the Treasury Manager with Chartered Industries of Singapore, managing the group’s cash positions and investments. Ms Tan started her career with Ernst & Young before joining the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation.

Ms Tan’s principal directorships include Keppel Capital, Keppel REIT Management Limited (the Manager of Keppel REIT), Keppel DC REIT Management Pte Ltd (the Manager of Keppel DC REIT) and Keppel Infrastructure Fund Management Pte Ltd (the Trustee-Manager of Keppel Infrastructure Trust), Keppel Telecommunications & Transportation Ltd, Keppel Land Limited and two private fund managers under Keppel Capital, being Alpha and Keppel Capital Alternative Asset Pte Ltd (KCAA). She also sits on the Investment Committees for the private funds managed by Alpha and KCAA.

Ms Tan holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) from the National University of Singapore and is a CFA® charterholder.
