The Trustee-Manager, Keppel Infrastructure Fund Management Pte Ltd (KIFM), has the dual responsibility of safeguarding the interests of Unitholders, and managing the business conducted by Keppel Infrastructure Trust (KIT).

The Trustee-Manager has general powers of management over the business and the assets of KIT and its main responsibility is to manage KIT's assets and liabilities for the benefit of Unitholders as a whole.

The Trustee-Manager will set the strategic direction of KIT and decide on the acquisition, divestment or enhancement of assets of KIT in accordance with its stated investment strategy. The Trustee-Manager is also obliged to exercise due care to comply with the applicable provisions of all relevant legislation and the Listing Manual, and is responsible for ensuring compliance with the Trust Deed and all relevant contracts entered into by KIT.

KIFM is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Keppel, a global asset manager and operator with strong expertise in sustainability-related solutions spanning the areas of infrastructure, real estate and connectivity. The Board of KIFM is made up of individuals with a broad range of commercial experience, including expertise in the infrastructure industry.
